The Adinqra team attended the 6th annual GUBA awards on Saturday the 3rd of June at the Intercontinental Hotel at the o2 in London. The event was hosted by the hilarious comedian Eddie Kadi and well known Ghanaian entrepreneur, TV and radio presenter Anita Erskine.

The awards ceremony was attended by notable personalities such as Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, leader of the Progressive Peoples Party(PPP), MP Dianne Abbott, X Factor finalists Reggie n Bollie, Lord Paul Boateng, and other celebrities, entrepreneurs and community leaders

The night was filled with fantastic networking opportunities, good food and live music. Live performances by Ghanaian superstar – Wiyaala kept the night full of life and energy.

The GUBA Awards (Ghana UK Based Awards), is a non-profit business and innovation award set up to acknowledge, celebrate and support Ghanaian based businesses and individuals in the UK. As the annual ceremony has grown the event has opened to a much wider audience.

The awards was founded by Dentaa Amoateng MBE who is a British-Ghanaian entrepreneur, actress, TV presenter, singer, producer and manager.
